IT Support Tokens
If you need quick response times and guaranteed service levels without a fixed contract, we can provide a rolling service.
Support tokens are purchased and redeemed in exchange for all IT support services we offer.
Support tokens are purchased at the commencement of the contract period and are valid for one year. If you wish to purchase more during the contract period they will be charged at the agreed rate.
Once your issue is logged, the relevant number of tokens are deducted from your account. Your support issue is then handled by our team. If you have insufficient tokens remaining an email notification is sent detailing the tokens required to receive support.
